What’s being built in Marana? I keep an eye on it the same way I watch homes for sale. What’s coming next can tell you a lot about a neighborhood. This page lists the new shops, restaurants, homes and land plans on file with the Town. It all comes from the Town of Marana’s own public records, not rumors or guesses.

New homes and shops are only part of the story. The Town also has long-term plans for roads, parks and sewer. Here they are, straight from the Town of Marana.

Everything here comes from the Town of Marana’s own public records. I pull projects from the Town’s project map. I check zoning filings in the Town’s eTRAKiT permit system.
I also check the Town’s ordinance list to see what the Council has approved. If I know a place has opened or a neighborhood is still selling homes, I note that too. I update this page often, so check the date at the top.
